We're semi annual visitors to Grand Villas. Since we met the staff at Orlando PIzza it's definitely tilted the scale when we could stay at other properties. It's sooooo nice to come back from a long day at the parks to be able to sit down to a cold drink! I really appreciate the level of customer service - just enough attention but not too much. The Happy Hour prices are great too!
